PWM 7-Phase Output
1. Specifications
Seven-phase PWM output allowing the pulse high width and duty cycle to be varied is performed as shown in figure 1. When operating with on-chip peripheral clock P = 40.0 MHz, the output PWM period can be set arbitrarily in the range 50 ns to 1.63 ms.
